- Our warranty includes replacing the account if any malfunction occurs and we do not resolve it within 48 hours at the latest.
- The warranty for your Adobe subscription is valid only if you receive an email from Adobe stating that the cancellation was due to tampering or any issue on our part.
- You must also send proof of this (a screenshot of the email showing the account details) to confirm that the issue is on our side and not the customer’s.
- The warranty does not cover changing the country after subscription (or traveling). The account is valid only within Egypt.
- The warranty does not cover reselling the account without our prior knowledge.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Here are our cancellation and refund policies:
If you wish to cancel your subscription before account activation, you can receive a full refund minus any administrative fees associated with the payment method.
If cancellation occurs after 5 days, the minimum period of one month will be deducted from the total account balance. The deducted amount must not be less than 600 EGP or its equivalent in dollars, or the actual consumed duration if it exceeds this. The deduction will be based on the actual price at the time of payment.
In the event of an account malfunction that we cannot resolve within 48 hours, you have the right to claim the remaining amount of the subscription.

Activation
- You will activate the subscription on your Gmail account, but there must not be any Adobe account associated with it.
- Prepare a new email (Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) and send it to us as soon as possible. It should not be a company email.
- Do not include the word Adobe or your company name in the email. Preferably, use your personal name.
- If you change any information in the account, do not use company details.
